Job Readiness Skills Training
The Job Readiness Skills Training is the foundation of The ELY Program. Participants attend in-class or on site, workforce development and job skills training. The program teaches the job skills local employers have identified as most important in potential employees. The job readiness training provides instruction in the skills youth need to apply for a job to secure and retain employment. From the job search and the application process, to the job interview, and into the workplace, ELY provides comprehensive job readiness assistance.
